Adapted an existing prefabricated ADU model for its first permitted use as a single-family dwelling. Managed design documentation and coordination through permit approval.

Designed an accessory building over a custom deck for an extreme-grade site, integrating wildfire-resistant materials and design strategies informed by consultation with local fire prevention professionals.
La Huerta (The Garden)
Medellín, Colombia
Consulted with the community of Carpinelo 2 to ascertain their needs and vision for the neighborhood. Worked with a team of 5 people to design, engineer, and build a solution to lack of (A) public space and (B) community garden maintenance. The resulting project is both a greenhouse and a community center.
